Laura Wood founded LGW Accounting to give South Canterbury’s business owners a practical, down-to-earth alternative to big city firms.

As a proud local and farmer herself, Laura understands the challenges of farming life, seasonal income changes, and the pressure of running a business in a tight-knit community. She believes professional accounting should be clear, friendly, and affordable, without unnecessary jargon or surprise fees.

Between $250k - $750k Revenue p.a, or multiple business streams

$3,000 p.a ($250/mth)

The Full Monty

$750k+ Revenue p.a

$4,380 p.a ($365/mth)

• Annual accounts & tax returns

• Complicated entities

• GST Return filing, or Annual GST review

• Tax planning

• IRD correspondence

• Support queries up to 15 minutes

All prices are excluding GST and exclude Xero Subscriptions. Frequency of billing can be changed to suit client preference. Pricing is based on client using Xero, MYOB or Farm Focus as their accounting subscriptions. Manual or alternative accounting softwares may incur additional charges.

Xero Training

Want to learn the ins and outs of Xero?
We can give you training over a few sessions in Xero, how to code your bank statements, raise invoices and bills etc.

GST $200 / return

We can process your GST returns in Xero and file them directly with the IRD

Quotes for shell trusts and associated entitles are available on a case-by-case basis. Clients can choose to pay monthly, annually or at another frequency that suits them.

Cashflow Review

We can do a quick review that will highlight areas in your business that need a swift response.

Budget & Cashflow Preparation

Need a cashflow or budget prepared for the bank?
